The Role

As a Groundworker, you will work on active construction sites, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor and supporting the team with safe, high-quality operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold structures safely
  • Assist with materials handling, site setup, and general site duties
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and site documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker on construction or maintenance sites
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Strong understanding of working at height and safety regulations
  • Physically fit, reliable
