- Safely sling and attach loads for crane lifting operations
- Direct crane movements using approved hand and radio signals
- Ensure lifting activities are carried out in accordance with site safety procedures
- Carry out pre-lift checks and inspect lifting accessories before use
- Communicate effectively with crane operators, site supervisors, and ground teams
- Maintain safe exclusion zones and monitor lifting operations at all times
We're Looking For:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger Signaller qualification
- Previous experience working as a Slinger Signaller on construction sites
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow lifting plans and site instructions accurately
Salary: £18.00 to £24.00 per hour, depending on experience
