As General Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the on-site food and beverage and events operation, ensuring both service excellence and strong financial performance. The role exists to provide clear leadership, financial accountability and operational direction across the venue, covering restaurant, events and additional catering. The GM role itself:
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations across food and beverage, events and health and safety.
- Ensuring the venue is consistently presented to the highest standards for all services and events.
- Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing on-site team, setting clear standards and expectations.
- Managing recruitment, training and succession planning to build capability and resilience across the team.
- Promoting employee engagement and well-being through inclusive, visible leadership and regular recognition.
- Acting as the main point of contact for venue stakeholders, clients and suppliers, building strong working relationships.
You, the General Manager:
- Proven experience in senior hospitality or venue management roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
