Ideal Candidate: Ideally, we are looking for candidates who come from a concrete repairs, construction or civil background.
Responsibilities:
- Play a hands-on role in pre-construction, procurement, and contract setup
- Produce and manage CVRs, cashflows, valuations, and final accounts
- Work collaboratively with estimators throughout the tender process
- Provide clear, accurate monthly commercial reporting
- Support best practice and continuous improvement across the business
- Attend scope, pre-start, and client meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare subcontractor enquiries and conduct cost comparisons
- Procure and place subcontractor orders
- Subcontractor valuation analysis and payment management
- Prepare budgets, bills of quantities, and cost plans
- Manage client valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Cashflow forecasting and CVR setup and management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
