Ideal Candidate: Ideally, we are looking for candidates who come from a concrete repairs, construction or civil background.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a hands-on role in pre-construction, procurement, and contract setup
  • Produce and manage CVRs, cashflows, valuations, and final accounts
  • Work collaboratively with estimators throughout the tender process
  • Provide clear, accurate monthly commercial reporting
  • Support best practice and continuous improvement across the business
  • Attend scope, pre-start, and client meetings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Prepare subcontractor enquiries and conduct cost comparisons
  • Procure and place subcontractor orders
  • Subcontractor valuation analysis and payment management
  • Prepare budgets, bills of quantities, and cost plans
  • Manage client valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Cashflow forecasting and CVR setup and management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
