Search is working with a well established and high reputable construction company who is recruiting for an experienced Bid Writer on a permanent basis. Ideal Candidate Profile

Background in concrete repairs, construction or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business development element by identifying winning bid themes, strategies and actions.
  • Standardise tender bid submissions and adhere to tender processes.
  • Provide support to the pre-construction team and produce overall tender submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical teams.
  • Collaborate with contract management teams to produce content.
  • Review PQQ/ITT and liaise closely with senior colleagues to meet overall objectives.
  • Complete quality content of tender submissions and collaborate with pre-construction and construction teams when working on tenders.
  • Collate, compliance verify and submit full tender documents.
  • Ensure content and format of responses maintain brand consistency.
  • Support/cover other members of the bid team.
