We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Industrial team in Leeds, supporting our Divisional Manager. In this role, you\’ll work closely with our clients and internal team to deliver an outstanding recruitment service. You\’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent for temporary and permanent positions across the Industrial, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors in Yorkshire. The Role: – Sourcing and screening candidates for active roles within the Industrial, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. – Conducting interviews to get to know your candidates, registering them on our internal CRM, and assess their suitability for requirements. – Scheduling candidates into shifts using our internal CRM systems and managing shift allocations efficiently. – Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, handling general queries and offering ongoing support. – Delivering seamless experience to both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of service at all times. – Supporting the Divisional Manager with recruitment campaigns and administrative tasks. What we\’re looking for: – Previous experience a Customer Service or Sales role, with a strong track record of meeting KIPIs and performance targets – Confidence in building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with candidates. – Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and data management. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. – A proactive and driven mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, target-driven environment.
