We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds City Centre office. Recruitment is a fast-paced, varied, and rewarding career. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle - from developing your own business and sourcing candidates to matching them with the right roles!

  • Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
  • Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
  • Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through job boards and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
