Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge in a new industry? Or are you frustrated with your rate of progression in your current situation? I have a Quantity Surveyor role offering excellent opportunities to grow, working on a variety of projects throughout Scotland while being part of a strong Commercial team.

You would be working on Civil Engineering and Rail related works from small scale to multi million pound major projects. You will be a key part of the Project by preparing accurate and timely estimates, pricing submissions, resolving pricing, contractual issues with clients, handling change management and issuing early warnings among other duties.

The role is mainly office based with some visits to site, with a salary of between £40,000-54,000 (depending on experience) on offer plus a Company Car or Car Allowance, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance and Pension.

You would be working with a large Main Contractor who are experts in the Civils and Rail sector and be joining a stable, experienced Commercial team with a track record of promoting from within.
