We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Operator to join our client in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
About the Role: As a QA Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for sampling and testing incoming goods and in-process materials, while supporting quality systems and continuous improvement efforts within the lab and production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling and testing of incoming and in-process materials
- Record and label all sampled goods accurately
- Verify supplier Certificates of Conformity
- Identify and report non-conformances
- Perform end-of-line quality inspections
- Carry out daily calibration checks
- Support the handling and evaluation of seal samples
- Assist with general laboratory duties
