Search are supporting the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client\’s office in Edinburgh\’s city centre. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role within an established business. Reporting to the Payments Supervisor, you\’ll be part of the payments team and provide support across the transactional finance function.

This role offers a salary range of £25,000 – £26,500, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Process a high volume of invoices across multiple divisions
* Support weekly and monthly payment runs
* Recharge supplier invoices to customers
* File supplier documents daily for processing
* Assist with month-end reconciliations where required

Skills and experience you\’ll ideally have:
* Experience in transactional finance role
* Comfortable in high volume environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Accurate processing skills
* Good interpersonal and communication abilities
* IT proficient with knowledge of accounting software
