Job Overview A well-established Estate Agency is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Valuer to join their team based in Edinburgh. Key Duties: * Carry out accurate and professional valuations for residential properties across Edinburgh and surrounding areas. * Stay informed on current market conditions, local trends, and property values. * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs. * Coordinate and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive experience for prospective buyers or tenants. * Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
