Location: Livingston
Hours: Full-Time – Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour, rising to £13.30 after training, plus regular overtime at enhanced rates
Join one of the UK\’s leading timber processing companies at our Livingston site. We\’re looking for hands-on, reliable individuals to join our pallet repair team as Production Operatives. If you\’ve got a good work ethic and enjoy practical tasks, this could be the role for you.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand tools and machinery
Following clear repair guidelines and quality standards
Sorting and grading pallets for reuse or recycling
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Working as part of a team to meet daily targetsWhat We\’re Looking For:
Experience in production, manufacturing, or repair work – or transferable skills from another hands-on role
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
