The Role
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers via phone and email
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
- Identify additional products and services that add value to customer accounts
- Build long-term customer relationships and support account growth
- Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, and negotiate where appropriate
- Open and manage customer credit and spending accounts
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
