Search is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction process from enquiry to contract award in Edinburgh, collaborating with clients, estimators and delivery teams to shape projects from the earliest stages.
You will coordinate tenders, work with estimating, design, and operations to produce robust project solutions, identify risks and value engineering options, and support the handover to delivery teams for a smooth transition into construction.
