The Role As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, efficient and highly guest-focused service. You will lead from the front, maintaining a visible presence throughout service whilst building strong relationships with both guests and colleagues. Key responsibilities will include Leading and managing the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Creating a smooth, efficient and consistently high-quality service Inspiring, motivating and developing team members to achieve the highest standards Building strong relationships with guests and ensuring a genuinely personalised experience Working closely with the Head Chef to maximise the overall food and dining experience Ensuring menus, service standards and operational procedures are delivered consistently Working closely with the wider Food
