Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced TIG / MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of stainless steel fabrication and welding projects, including sheet metal work, light fabrications, and pipework. Every project is different, so the ability to read drawings, problem-solve, and adapt is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Fabricate stainless steel components, pipework, and sheet metal assemblies
- Read and work from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings
- Measure accurately and work within tolerances
- Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
- Complete fabrication jobs from start to finish
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Support the production team with additional workshop tasks when required
- Work on bespoke and custom-built projects, sometimes using sketches or limited drawings
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in TIG and MIG welding
- Minimum 1 year fabrication experience preferred but not essential
- Welding test required before starting
- Stainless steel welding experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
