Job Title: Temporary Domestic Plumber (Specialist in UFH & ASHP) Location: Newton Mearns Contract: Temporary Rate: £21 – £23 per hour (depending on experience) Are you a skilled domestic plumber looking for temporary work with competitive pay? We are recruiting on behalf of a trusted client for a temporary plumbing role focused on underfloor heating and air source heat pump (ASHP) installations. Full technical drawings will be provided, so the ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings is essential. Key Responsibilities: Interface underfloor heating systems from ASHP to UFH manifolds. Plumbing all sanitaryware throughout the site. Fitting internal ASHP units. Installing kitchen and utility plumbing elements including washing machines and dishwashers. Installing all drainage systems. Fitting all hot and cold water feeds. Managing mains water and drainage from the point of entry into the building. Performing chlorination of water systems. Testing and commissioning all installations to ensure full compliance. What we\’re looking for: Experience as a domestic plumber with knowledge of UFH and ASHP systems. Must be confident reading and interpreting technical plumbing drawings (all drawings will be provided). UK plumbing qualifications and certifications. CSCS card holder and adherence to health & safety standards. Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently on a temporary basis. Why apply?
