Spray Painter - Permanent Night Shift in Airdrie
Up to £17.63 per hour, Monday to Thursday, 39 Hours Per Week. Earn up to £17.63 per hour while enjoying a 4-day working week and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!
We are recruiting Spray Painters to join a leading manufacturing business in Plains, Airdrie. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering a permanent night shift, competitive pay and genuine long-term career opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding and filling prior to painting
- Mixing paints and coatings to the required specifications
- Applying primer, base coats and top coats using spray painting equipment
- Achieving a high-quality finish while meeting production and quality standards
- Masking and protecting surfaces before painting
- Inspecting completed work to ensure a consistent finish and identifying any defects for rework
- Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, booths and painting equipment
- Assisting with setting up workstations and ensuring materials are readily available
- Following all health and safety procedures, including the safe handling of paints and chemicals
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Spray Painter, Paint Sprayer or within an industrial, automotive or manufacturing paint environment
- Experience using spray painting equipment and working to a high standard of finish
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to working permanent night shifts
