Search is currently supporting a business based in Sherburn in Elmet who are looking for a payroll administrator to join their growing business reporting into the HR & Payroll Manager!
Job Duties:
- Managing the central payroll inbox for the business replying to queries promptly
- Manage end to end payroll processing for a team of 170 employees
- Collate daily work hours submitted by employees
- Processing SSP, SMP, holiday pay, attachment of earnings and deductions
- Gathering new starter details and setting them up in SAGE 50
- Conduct staff inductions and issue employment contracts
- Assist with via applications
Successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work to timed deadlines
- Multilingual would be advantageous
- Microsoft proficient
