Job Summary: As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our branch. This pivotal role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our director, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring services are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organise and manage service schedules, liaising with field operatives and clients to optimise routes and timings.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including before-and-after photos, and generate regular reports for clients.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all services comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, procurement, and other administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or operations role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
