Your Role
You’ll support both our Commercial and Technical departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial:
- Administer tender processes and subcontractor documentation
- Maintain insurance trackers and COINS records
- Manage subcontractor accreditations via CQMS
- Process timesheets, payment trackers, and expenses
- Handle invoice and payment applications
- Maintain H&S and O&M manuals
Technical:
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoices/fees
- Update drawing registers and manage Premier Guarantee platform
- Assist with procurement and certification tracking
- Attend meetings and manage action logs
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in property administration
- COINS system knowledge is essential
- Familiarity with Bluebeam (preferred but not required)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and diary management
- Calm and efficient under pressure
