Office Manager Based in the Central London, £45k-£50k, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays A work space provider are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the office, facilities and administrative functions, and ensure excellent service and support is provided to all areas of the business. Key responsibilities: – Provide immaculate service to clients and guests – Maintain reception and other office areas to a professional standard – Support induction to new joiners – General admin duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying – Coordinating meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are set up appropriately and cleared down afterwards – Provide general support to all areas of the business as and when instructed – Managing incoming and outgoing post, answer and forward incoming calls, filter emails This list is not exhaustive and the ideal person for this role will bring a degree of flexibility and a can-do attitude to getting involved and thinking outside of the box.
