Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments.
  • Experience within high-rise residential new builds and occupied housing environments.
  • Lead complex projects from pre-start to final account.
  • Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance.
  • Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration.
  • Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance.
  • A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements.
  • Adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience Required for a Commercial Quantity Surveyor:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors.
  • A solid understanding of JCT contracts.
  • Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account.
  • A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and familiar with project/CRM platforms.
