The role: Night Concierge

Salary: £33,000 – £35,500
Hours: 12 hour shift – 4 days on/ 4 days off

The role of the Night concierge is to support the head concierge in the day-to-day operations of the lobby area. Provide a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service to all residents, ensuring a warm welcome, a memorable experience, and a seamless move-in process.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Occupation Phase:
– Implement and manage services as defined by the Resident Operations Manager or General Manager.
– Handle assigned tasks and perform other reasonable duties as required.
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information to both residents and colleagues.
– Ensure effective shift handovers by giving and receiving detailed handover notes.
– Safeguard and manage pass keys in compliance with key policies.
– Attend meetings to ensure efficient communication within the team.
– Monitor arrival and departure schedules to anticipate and address visitor needs.
– Respond to resident and visitor enquiries, seeking assistance when necessary.
– Maintain and update the concierge software regularly.
– Attend all required Health & Safety and fire training sessions to comply with legal requirements.
– Promptly report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your manager or supervisor.
– Be familiar with the fire policy and emergency procedures, including how to respond to an activation.

Requirements:
– Relevant experience within luxury residential or hotel settings, ideally as a Night concierge.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
– Impeccable appearance and presentation.
– Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
– Passion for delivering high standards of personalized service with confidence and calmness.
– Personable, empathetic, and warm with a conscientious attitude.
