- Source and interview candidates, registering them on our internal CRM system, and supporting them through every step of the process.
- Manage shift bookings and allocations, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Confident in building relationships and having meaningful conversations with people at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, whether it's over the telephone, face to face, or over email.
