The Role

As a New Business Executive, you’ll be the engine behind business growth — uncovering new prospects, nurturing warm leads, and selling unforgettable hospitality packages for the world’s biggest sporting events. You’ll work closely with the New Business Manager while carving out your own portfolio of clients through smart outreach, strong relationship‑building, and confident sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify new opportunities using LinkedIn, market research, and proactive outreach
  • Grow your client base, nurturing B2B relationships and maximising repeat business
  • Pitch and close deals with tailored presentations and confident negotiation
  • Attend meetings & industry events to represent the business professionally
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up on enquiries, and stay organised with daily activity
  • Support client payments, track deposits, and maintain a smooth booking journey
  • Collaborate on sales strategy with your New Business Manager
  • Receive coaching to smash KPIs and accelerate your sales career
