The Role

As a Fleet Executive, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from order through to delivery and ongoing account management. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all fleet requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer vehicle orders from initial request through to delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and support.
  • Liaise with manufacturers, dealerships and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
  • Handle customer enquiries relating to vehicle orders, maintenance, renewals and fleet administration.
  • Ensure all customer and vehicle information is accurately maintained on internal systems.
  • Monitor vehicle delivery schedules and proactively manage any delays.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Produce reports and update fleet records where required.
  • Support the wider fleet and account management teams with day-to-day administration.

About You

  • Previous experience within fleet, automotive, vehicle leasing, account management or customer service would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
