We're looking for a Customer Experience Team Member to become the welcoming face of a prestigious commercial property, delivering a five-star experience to occupiers, visitors, clients, and stakeholders every day. Deliver memorable experiences for everyone entering a busy office building, combining warm hospitality with professional front of house standards. This is more than a traditional reception role. You'll be a brand ambassador, problem solver, concierge, and relationship builder, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Delivering a warm welcome and fond farewell for all clients, occupiers, visitors and guests.
  • Ensuring front of house areas are immaculately presented at all times.
  • Managing visitor processes and access procedures, including key and fob control.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally and following up on actions.
  • Maintaining accurate data and records, including databases, training logs and visitor information.
  • Supporting front of house initiatives, handling complaints, and liaising with facilities to resolve issues.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a hospitality-focused environment such as hotels, restaurants, aviation, concierge or retail.
  • Good literacy and numeracy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in current customer experience trends.
  • Proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude towards change and a focus on continuously improving service.
