We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Macclesfield site. The hours are on a two week rolling rota working 7am-7pm. Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri.
The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising and motivating warehouse operatives
- Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Supporting stock control and general warehouse administration
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Team leading or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
