The
Opportunity:
Search are supporting the recruitment of a Part-Time Finance Manager (2.5 - 3 days) to join our client's team in Edinburgh.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you'll play a vital part in shaping the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of impactful community services.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Leading financial management, reporting, and controls across the organisation
- Preparing annual budgets, forecasts, quarterly management accounts, and cashflow reports
- Overseeing financial recordkeeping and managing the annual audit process
- Managing payroll and pensions in coordination with an external provider
- Ensuring compliance with grant and contract reporting requirements
- Acting as Company Secretary and supporting the Board of Trustees
- Overseeing HR, IT, procurement, and facilities management
- Supporting policy development and implementation, including data protection and health & safety
- Line managing and developing the Finance Assistant
