We are seeking an accomplished and driven Associate-level Fire Engineer to take on a senior leadership role within our clients organisation. This position offers the opportunity to act as both Project Manager and Project Director across a diverse range of sectors and project types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership on large, complex projects as Project Director, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Drive business growth by developing key client relationships and securing new opportunities to support long-term success.
  • Lead and inspire teams, fostering performance, professional development, and engagement while mentoring future leaders.
  • Take ownership of commercial and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on budget with strong margin control and contractual discipline.
  • Act as a technical authority, setting high standards and promoting innovation and best practice across projects.

Requirements

  • Engineering Council-accredited degree (BEng Hons, MEng, or MSc).
  • Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) or equivalent professional body.
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or actively working towards it.
  • Confident in leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Takes accountability for outcomes and makes informed, strategic decisions.
