We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive PA / Office Manager to provide professional support to a respected leadership team and ensure the smooth, efficient operation of a high-spec Central London office. This is a key role in maintaining operational excellence across a multi-use site, which includes client meeting rooms, an on-site gym, and private residential quarters. You will combine first-class administrative skills with the ability to manage facilities, vendors, and day-to-day office functions to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facilities Management
  • Oversee all aspects of a multi-use property, including communal areas, gym, and tenant office.
  • Manage stock, supplies, catering, and daily housekeeping.
  • Serve as the main contact for repairs, contractors, and building service providers.
  • Executive & Team Support
    • Provide Executive Assistant support to the partners, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses.
