Role Overview
- Position: Accounts Assistant
- Salary: £28,287 per annum
- Location: Home-based (with occasional in-person working in Edinburgh)
- Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Hours: Very flexible (any times between 8am-8pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase ledger and banking transactions
- Supporting weekly payment runs (grants, suppliers, expenses)
- Importing and reconciling financial data from Salesforce
- Assisting with reconciliations, VAT preparation, and management accounts
- Supporting system improvements and finance process optimisation
Ideal Background
- Experience in a Finance or Accounts Assistant role
- AAT / HNC level accounting knowledge (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and finance systems experience
- Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
