Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Liverpool office, specialising in permanent Manufacturing and Engineering roles across the North West.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with an established client base, existing vacancies, and significant scope for growth. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing relationships with Manufacturing and Engineering clients across the North West
  • Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing the recruitment from qualifying new clients through to offer and placements
  • Becoming a recognised specialist within your market
  • Negotiating fees and terms of business to maximise commercial performance
  • Building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and future opportunities
Who Are We Looking For:
  • Previous experience working within a 360 recruitment role
  • Strong business development and management skills
  • A proactive and commercially driven approach
  • The ability to grow and build a desk
  • Experience in billing and developing client relationships
