Business Development Manager - Totally Remote £45 - £50 K + uncapped commission. Covering the South including Slough, Redhill and Guildford. OTE year 1 £10K - £15K Year 2 £30k+

Do you have a proven history of successfully expanding a customer base and meeting sales targets through a high volume of calls and meetings to ensure success?

Responsibilities:

  • To pro-actively make outbound phone calls daily to potential SME/Corporate companies to promote company products and services.
  • Operate and effectively manage our CRM database with all customer contact and information ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Keep abreast of developments within the markets, provide accurate market information to clients and share new industry knowledge with colleagues.
  • Attend client meetings, delivering contract renewals and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Research and prepare for prospect meetings to identify their requirements and help close the sale.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong B2B sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling experience.
  • Proven track sales record.
  • At least 3 years + experience in a similar role.
  • Essential business-to-business field sales experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
  • Generate leads through various channels and cold call prospective customers.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel frequently are also required for this role.
