This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting our consultants and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.
You’ll play a key part in the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing talent, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and providing first-class administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys multitasking, and wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Manage inbound applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Draft and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Support consultants with compliance, document checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
