The Role

We are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to provide leadership, guidance, and a highly child and family focused approach within one of our children's residential homes in Lincolnshire. In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Be accountable for the performance of the home in relation to a range of organisational KPI's.
  • Drive improvement, innovation, efficiency, and best practice.
  • Seek to achieve and sustain outstanding care and compliance.
  • Help embed the Kisimul culture and values.
  • Ensure the service consistently meets regulatory and safeguarding standards.
  • Make sure all the young people we support have lives full of meaning, fun and personal development.

About You

Your Qualities

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven management experience in children's residential care.
  • Strong understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and inspection frameworks.
  • An initiative-taking, resilient approach and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Flexibility to travel between services within Lincolnshire.
