You will:
- Lead and coordinate a small gang of operatives on site
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress against project requirements
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with the Site Supervisor and other trades to maintain productivity
- Carry out site inspections and report any issues or hazards promptly
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure deadlines are met.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to motivate teams and work to project deadlines
- Valid CSCS Card - Essential
- SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential
