Site Manager required for an approx. 09/11/26 start in Leicester/LE1 - 8-10 weeks work.
Scope of works is refurbishment of a government building in the area and will involve internal and external refurbishments.
You will be working for the main contractor on the project, managing subcontractors and looking after compliance/health & safety.
Applicants should have refurbishment experience on both internals and externals.
You will also need ALL of the following tickets:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black Card
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- Asbestos Awareness
- Scaffold Inspection/Awareness
- PASMA
- IPAF
- Working at Heights
- Manual Handling
Day rate payable via CIS
