Inverness based, free parking, competitive salary package and the opportunity to join a highly successful, private client department. 1 day working remotely, 4 days office based, salary up to 32k, annual company wide bonus, plus performance bonus.
In this role you'll support fee earners with secretarial and PA support and play a key part in the operational success of the firms private client division.
Things you'll do on a day to day basis:
- Drafting letters, emails and preparing documents on behalf of fee earners
- Proof-reading documents
- Digital dictation using windscribe
- Diary management
- Updating internal databases and ensuring compliance across client records
- Booking rooms for meetings
- Setting up new client files
- Inbox management
- Invoicing
- Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to
