Site Engineer
Location: Menston (Leeds)
Start Date: Mid November
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a well-established groundworks contractor on a new-build school project in Leeds.
This is a long-term opportunity working on a varied and straightforward civils package, offering 6 months of consistent work with the potential for further opportunities upon completion.
Scope of Works
- Hard landscaping
- Kerbing and paving
- Drainage and service installations
- Ducting works
- Trench excavation
- Pipe laying
- Bedding and backfilling operations
- Setting out and quality assurance on site
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer within groundworks and civil engineering projects
- Strong setting-out capability
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience with drainage, roads, paving and external works
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Own surveying equipment preferred but not essential
