Search is hiring multiple consultants across our growing Leeds team to support and develop our expanding offering within Secretarial, Legal, and Part/Fully Qualified Finance markets.
These roles sit within an established platform with existing clients and live opportunities, combined with genuine investment to grow new sub-divisions. We’re open to hiring at different levels and will shape the role around your experience and ambition.

- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong commercial track record
- Ambition to progress into senior leadership, either through billing excellence or people management
- Confidence in client management, negotiation, and business development
- Ability to influence, mentor, and develop others (where applicable)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
