Search is hiring multiple consultants across our growing Leeds team to support and develop our expanding offering within Secretarial, Legal, and Part/Fully Qualified Finance markets.

These roles sit within an established platform with existing clients and live opportunities, combined with genuine investment to grow new sub-divisions. We’re open to hiring at different levels and will shape the role around your experience and ambition.

The Role
  • Build and grow your own desk within Secretarial, Legal, or PQ/FQ Finance
  • Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Fully contribute to the strategic growth of your chosen sub-division
  • Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates through headhunting, networking, and job boards
  • For leadership hires: take on management responsibilities from day one or build a team around you over time
  • Consistently deliver against revenue targets while strengthening your market reputation

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong commercial track record
  • Ambition to progress into senior leadership, either through billing excellence or people management
  • Confidence in client management, negotiation, and business development
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and develop others (where applicable)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
