The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and grow a permanent legal recruitment desk across the Yorkshire and wider Northern markets
  • Build on existing client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Recruit legal professionals across a range of practice areas and seniority levels
  • Develop long-term partnerships with law firms, in-house legal teams and key decision-makers
  • Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates
  • Maximise the potential of a warm desk while driving further market growth
  • Work closely with senior leadership to help shape and strengthen our Legal proposition in the region
