Search Recruitment Group is looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment Account Manager to join our successful Industrial team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships. You'll play a key role in supporting established client accounts, sourcing and onboarding candidates, and coordinating workforce requirements across a busy industrial portfolio.

This is a well-established desk with existing revenue streams, offering the opportunity to earn commission from day one.
The Role:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent industrial vacancies
- Manage the recruitment process from application through to placement
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and registrations
- Attend client sites to conduct candidate inductions and support workers
- Schedule shift rotas and manage workforce bookings to meet client requirements
- Monitor attendance and manage absence reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
- Liaise regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
- Ensure all candidate records and compliance documentation are maintained accurately
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to both candidates and clients
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, or account management
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
