About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join a growing financial services organisation based in Leeds/Wetherby. As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage daily operational processes to ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Monitor operational performance, producing management information and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
- Collaborate with departments including Compliance, Finance, Customer Services, and IT to deliver business objectives.

About You:
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Operations role within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of working within a regulated environment (FCA experience desirable).
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience improving operational processes and delivering change.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
