A growing Financial Planning firm in Wetherby is seeking a professional, organised and client-focused Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service and playing a key part in supporting clients throughout their financial planning journey.
Working closely with Financial Planners, you will ensure clients receive a smooth, efficient and personalised experience by maintaining accurate records to support meetings and coordinating the administration behind their financial plans.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Manage client records, prepare key documentation and maintain accurate data across systems.
- Engage directly with clients, providing updates, attending meetings and ensuring needs are met to a high standard.
- Coordinate client administration, including tracking investments and supporting the execution of financial plans.
- Maintain organised workflows and prioritise tasks effectively within a busy environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support strong, long-lasting client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services.
