Role Overview
An experienced IFA Administrator responsible for delivering high‑quality administrative support within a regulated financial planning environment.
The role centres on pension transfers, ISA transfers, investment transfers, and maintaining precise client records to support advisers and ensure compliant case progression.
This is a full‑time, office‑based position suited to someone with strong technical understanding of investment products and excellent organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Pension transfer administration: managing end‑to‑end processing, provider liaison, documentation accuracy and case tracking.
- ISA transfer handling: ensuring smooth movement of client assets, completing forms and maintaining compliant records.
- Investment transfer processing: coordinating with providers, advisers and internal systems to progress cases efficiently.
- Preparing and maintaining client files, valuations, and regulated documentation.
- Acting as a key administrative contact for advisers, providing updates and resolving queries.
- Ensuring all work meets FCA standards for accuracy, record‑keeping and turnaround times.
- Supporting new business onboarding and contributing to operational improvements.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in investment administration or IFA support.
- Confident handling ISA, GIA and pension products.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for adviser and provider liaison.
- Ability to manage high‑volume workloads and prioritise effectively.
- Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
