Search are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator for a growing technology business based in Leeds City Centre who are looking to add to their small finance team!
Job Duties:
- Processing of supplier invoices and dealing with queries
- Bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
- Weekly expense processing
- Cash Allocation and bank reconciliations
- Credit Control - calling clients for overdue payments in line with payment terms
- Dealing with pro formas
- Maintaining financial accuracy on the systems
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Work to timed deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft proficient
Whats on offer:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:30 - Friday 08:30 - 15:30
