Role Overview
Support client accounts by ensuring smooth delivery of activity, translating client needs into execution plans and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account management and deliver day-to-day client service
- Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Monitor performance, data quality and completion rates
- Produce reports and insights demonstrating results
- Identify improvements to processes and ways of working
Key Requirements
- Experience in account support, operations or client service
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work with ambiguity
- Confident with Excel, PowerPoint and fast-paced environments
