Role Overview

Support client accounts by ensuring smooth delivery of activity, translating client needs into execution plans and maintaining strong relationships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account management and deliver day-to-day client service
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Monitor performance, data quality and completion rates
  • Produce reports and insights demonstrating results
  • Identify improvements to processes and ways of working

  • Experience in account support, operations or client service
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
