We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company seeking a Management Accountant to support the back-office team and work closely with the Managing Director. You'll be trusted with oversight of two Accounts Assistants-no previous supervisory experience needed, just the confidence to delegate and lead with diligence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets & forecasts
- Support the MD with cashflow forecasting and business insights
- Lead the month-end process with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with statutory accounts, audits, and tax returns
- Manage multi-inbox correspondence and internal financial reporting
- Use Sage 50 and bespoke systems; strong Excel skills essential
- Delegate tasks to two Accounts Assistants and help streamline processes
Ideal Candidate:
? Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and polished professional
? Strong Excel user and comfortable with Sage 50 & Sage Payroll
? Experience in practice or industry (audit exposure a plus)
